Since the 1990s it has been the unresolved of many debates that the United state of matter (UN) needs to be amend (Leopold, 2005). This notion is supported by the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, along with the G20, who have highlighted the need for reform. In repartee to this, this document sets out the proposal for the preferred means of re-organizing the regime of environmental issues including climate change and other relevant aspects of environmental governance by examining the existing paradigm and putting before recommendations as to how this may be improved. The proposal does not condense on the technical aspects of the required global commensurateness, but quite a assumes that the forecast produced by the IPCC are correct and that any agreement reached requires the necessary action to ensure that average global temperatures do not exceed 2 degrees centigrade
