The orientation that I viewed was a icon. The ikon was very laborsaving in understanding how the entire spurt own crystallise plowed. I was very surprised after watching the video of how much we actually trained to do. I figured I would work, and count my hours a then report my weekly hours to a teacher or supervisor. I was wrong, and the video helped me understand everything you need to get done. I had no idea what seminars for work experience were or the 21st century work skills but because the implemental orientation my understanding of the work experience class was more than to my knowledge. After the video I pick upd that I would be learning what the 21st century skills were and how they can help me in being a better employee, and then I came to realize that I am not a perfect employee and I wanted to become just that. After the orientation I was eager to start working on and coiffure my skills. The video orientation is defiantly very helpful because it guides you with the scholarly person handbook as you go through it yourself. Orientation explained everything I require to do to pass this class.

Shortly after looking at at the 21st century work skills and reading through them I wrote down the ones that I felt I needed more rehearse and improvement on.



I decided that I would localize on customer service since I work in retailing, Communication, phone line knowledge, honesty and initiative. The 21st century skills helped me focus on these objectives because I realized that I wasnt demo my employers the skills that I did have, I just needed more practice on how to show them. One of my objectives was to increase the sales if TJX rewards tease by 5%. To do this I would need to practice customer service, and communication as well as job knowledge all of which are 21st century work skills. If I didnt use the work skills my objectives wouldnt be achieved.
