The prime function of human resource management is to increase the speciality and contribution of employees in the attainment of organic natural lawal goals and objectives. For the purpose of this reflective paper I am going to explain how the aspects of EEO and approbatory Action, Human resources planning, recruitment, and selection, Human resources development, Compensation and benefits, Safety and Health, and Employee and labor transaction work together to perform that primary function. HRM helps to rectify an organizations performance, increase the motivation of its workers, develop organization structures, improve productivity, and legally maintain record keeping. When HRM reduces an organizations cost while increasing its goodwill, they have benefitted the organization.

EEO law affects every organizations personnel related actions. favourable Action was designed to level the playing field for females, individuals with disabilities and minorities. HRM, in order to prevent violations, has to know specifically what kinds of discrimination that mustiness be avoided on daily basis when it comes to staff and art applicants. Litigation is expensive and it diminishes an organizations apparent goodwill.
