Erik Erikson has a opening on human development that I think is very interesting and the one and only(a) single theory that I agree the most. His theory is a psychosocial theory and it involves eighter separate stages. Each stage has a specific task that singles must resolve. He did not view these events as catastophies, save rather a turning point that is marked by vulnerability and potential. He thought that the more successful that the individual is the healthier their development will be.
I think that he is very correct in not stating each of the obsticles set about in development as catastrophies. They do not request to be viewed with that level of anxiety, but they ar very consequential and do need to taken with extreme caution in ordering to make each individual person the outmatch that they are capable of being.
When looking at the overall vantage point of his stages, I am most interested in the starting signal foursome. I can honestly say that my interest in primarily because of the fact that I am a let of three children and I want to have a crack understanding of what they are overtaking through in worthy the amazing people that I know that they are going to become. Not that I am in any stylus biased in my opinion. So, looking at the initiative four stages in life, I believe are the most searing that they are going to go through.




The first of the eight stages that Eriksons theory discusses is Trust versus Mistrust. This stage of development happens in an infants first year of life. He says that in this stage of development the infant develops a trust, or mistrust, that is going to be the cornerstone of their expectations in life that the origination is a good place, and that people are happy and pleasant to be around.
