Every persons character is made up of plastered individualized strengths and weaknesses. These strengths and weaknesses help define who we atomic number 18 and our individuality. Our strengths ar the things we are most affective in. They are usually what we are cognise best for. However, our weaknesses, while also being a piece of who we are, they are the things we can improve on. I must say, and without boast, that I am extremely sanctified person. Dedication is my personal strength. I display my dedication at work. I take my job very seriously. When I am giving a task, it is not just my goal to clear it but to complete it to perfection. I make myself very pliant and I am always willing to learn modernistic things. You can never get enough education. My personal strengths and weaknesses skills and abilities that are strengths in the workplace would be the core of my work ethic. To postdate in life, my attributes are the driving force whether I puddle the necessary skills and abilities. These abilities that I have relate back to the traits that I have. A goal would be set when a drive for that item or status is recognized. This would mean that when I have the ambition to succeed, I would have more of a relish than a person who does not have the desire. But I believe the weaknesses could be and probably are equal between both types of personalities. The difference is that the person who wishes to succeed, recognizes his weaknesses and formulates a plan to pommel them or diverts his path from stumbling on them.
