The 2o11 Womens Month Celebration was celebrated in bunt 2011 with the theme Magna Carta of Women, the Philippine CEDAW : In place upright of the Millennium evolution Goals. CEDAW refers to Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women. This solemnization aims to promote women empowerment and sexual activity equality in the rude as stipulated in the Republic Act No. 9710, Magna Carta of Women, roam the importance of gender equality and women empowerment in achieving the MDG 3(promote gender equality and empower women), and gender parity on approaching to quality basic education in achieving the MDG2 (Achieve Universal ancient Education), and lastly, strengthen the mechanisms for Anti VAW-C, Women Empowerment, and Poverty Alleviation. As a support of the utter celebration, the teachers of Masawang Elementary School conducted a health and health workshops and lectures/forum on Mach 25, 2011 regarding Moral Recovery Program, Anti- VAW-C and Women Empowerment to the women whom parents of the pupils. During the said workshop, the participants were grouped into 8 and had given or so activities regarding the importance of sanitisation and proper grooming with their lives as wives and mothers, and how to keep themselves clean and the right way groom above all various duties and responsibilities.

Furtheremore, within the quantify of lectures regarding moral recovery program, Anti VAW-C, and Women Empowerment, the participants were encouraged to give roughly scenarios about the present moral situation and enumerate some violence they experienced or might experience with the women they know, and ca-ca possible solutions of such problem. Finally, the said activities had 55 participants. It started at 8 oclock in the morning and ended at 3:30 in the afternoon.
