Alternate Dispute Resolution
Alternate animosity resolution provides alternatives to resolving conflicts in lieu of going to court. They are various types of alternate dispute resolutions and will mention deuce below:
1. Arbitration: is where two parties enter an agreement for a third caller to witness what the out screw of the parties conflicto will be. This decision is final and the third party is chosen by both parties in the agreement. Attendace is compulsory.
2. Mediation: is where a third psyche or party tries to come up with a suitable resolution to the conflict.
Although both look to be the same main differences are that through arbitration attending is compulsory and that their decision is final. ADR’s are mostly use by two companies of the same size, for the reason that it minimizes the cost of a lawyer fees, under contract both parties agree to dissociate all legal fees.
How can alternate dispute resolutions encourage us work through teams issues?
Just like either situation problems are going to arise with people, since every person is different, have different views, philosophies, etc… One way to resolve issues is by communicating and been able to understand each person views on the issue on hand. Disagreeing and agreeing with people is a part of sustenance and brings different views to a conversation. Thinking and putting ourselves on different peoples shoes is something that all of us should do when trying to come up with a fair result. Key Word world fair.
