President Obama was calling for calling for bipartisanship in support of his bleak jobs bill in Washington on Monday. The presidents job bill, the American Jobs Act went to relation back yesterday. The White House is stating that $400 billion would be paid for by changing the tax rules on American families making at least $250,000.00 annually. Other tax loopholes would akinwise be closed to pay for an additional $40 billion.



The American Jobs Act also aims to cut taxes with changes to the payroll taxes, which would be reduced, in addition to cuts in small business payroll taxes.
The administration believes that the tax cuts along with spending on projects like modernizing schools will improve job growth, although the actual number of new jobs that would be created id still unclear.
President Obama believes the country cannot afford to lodge until the next election, which is fourteen months away, to act on the current unemployment problem.
