corporation in the Contest is allowed to performers irrespectively of their citizenship, born between February 4, 1985, and February 4, 1995;
The Contest has 4 stages: the Elimination Round is realized according to the documents and video tapes, the ? and the ?? Rounds are solo programme performing; the triple Round is execution accompanied by the National Philharmonic Society of Ukraine music Orchestra guided by Mykola Diadiura.
The Contest Prize fund is 6Â 000$ in each nomination:
I Prize - USD $3000, honorable title;
II Prize USD $2000, laureate title;
III Prize USD $1000, laureate title;
Entrance fee for corporation in the Contest is USD $100.
