There are number of issues that the company faces in implementing a workforce plan to achieve this objective. The main issue to take into consideration is the financial position and the cost. From the case information we cal clearly see that they have cash flow problems and special(a) financial reserves. In order to achieve their objective First Car Plc should have sufficient financial resources which need to be guaranteed so that the workforce plan can be use fully. Without the resources the company cannot be effective, this means this means that First Cars plc would to a fault have a shortage of cash flow, because of the amount of coin being used to start-up this proposal.

Another major issue is breeding of 300 employees. The car club has decided to have additional elements to differentiate from their rivals.



Therefore they may need to have current technology in different ways to meet the demand of their customers. This may mean different numbers of employees are demand with different skills. The new employees may need induction genteelness and development activities which may increase the costs. However they need a solid workforce to achieve their objective.

Overall I think back that they need to consider all the factors to achieve their full potential. I think that implementing work force plans is not a good idea for first car plc. In every ways it leads to higher costs.
