Problem story:

Causes:

* The customer calls to head office and complains about their experience in their store and how they felt about the situation.
* Frank gets upset and tries to call Anne back to fix their problem but she does not return his skirt calls.
* Anne not calling Frank back resulted in a meeting that was unneeded for the start if she could communicate better.
* Anne has to problem leaving up to a customer in the store and impeach them or asking them to do something that they have legitimately already done.
* Employees and customers are upset the way Annes attitude and the way she speaks to them.
* Anne always thinks she is right even if she is in the wrong.
