When it come ons to training, what kind of personality do you have? Which learning way trounce describes how you take in and retain information? The answers to these questions at a time affect how you communicate in a group of faller learners. Howard Gardner, the inventor of the Multiple Intelligences theory has broken d give birth the several(predicate) learning styles into eight different intelligences and Dr. Joyce Bishop developed the Personality Spectrum to religious service you determine what type of personality you have in the education world. The eight different learning styles or intelligences argon: Verbal-Linguistic, Logical-Mathematical, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Visual-Spatial, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Musical, and Naturalistic. I, for example, fall under the Intrapersonal category. Intrapersonal learners are in tune with their own emotions, are independent, and enjoy quiet, solo learning rather than workings in groups. My opposites are learners who fall under the Bodily-Kinesthetic and Interpersonal intelligences. Bodily-Kinesthetic learners similar to work with their hands epoch Intrapersonal learners can imagine experiments in their head.

Communication between the opposite learners can be a challenge, but there are methods to make colloquy smoother across the different learning styles. As an Intrapersonal learner, when collaborating with a Bodily-kinesthetic learner on a project, it may be best to let them do the experiment hands on while I imagine it in my head then come together to discuss the results.
