PLAN IMPLEMENTATION The table commencement on the adjoining page summarizes all the achievements set fore in this plan and presents them as a decennary-year program with iii implementation phases. Phase I is Strengthening the Framework, and comprises actions that argon recommended to be initiated and implemented in the start-off three years.
