How does symbolization and imaginativeness create sarcasm in a work of writing? Well in the story The Mask of the Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe, a story based on the benighted plague. Prince Prospero decides to have fun, exactly he doesnt know what is coming, something his joy would never image. Poe uses symbolism to unfold this scary tale of terror.
The prince Prospero is plains a big troupe in his palace. But the prince Prospero was happy and dauntless and sagacious (poe.373). The prince decides to cast away all the doors of his palace in order to fend off the plague. He decorates his room in single colors for each room to represent the death. The prince invites few thousand people to be in his party. The prince had provided all the appliance of pleasure.(poe.373) This shows that the prince is rich and wants to keep the leaf node happy.
Furthermore there is a black room that the completed guests are scared to go in because of its tinted red windows. in addition that there stood against the western wall a gigantic quantify of ebony (poe.375) .This also show that the time must be a symbol of something.

The silence, the description used for black room, with its black walls and bloody red windows is an example of imagery, in which creates irony. raillery is used throughout the story with symbolism and imagery the agent uses.
